- 10 large Curly Kale Leaves

How to Make Kale and Cucumber Juice
We love this recipe because everything is straightforward to find in any supermarket. If you don’t have dill or it sounds like the herb for you, try chives or basil. The idea of the herb is to compliment the kale, and kale goes with practically all herbs.
To prepare the fruit and vegetables, you can either peel them or wash them. You might be tempted to peel the cucumber, but the skin has the most Vitamin K. Cut them into slices, but there is no need to worry about cutting anything too small.
It would help if you blended the curly kale leaves first. Then add the celery, carrots, and apples. Blend it all. Once the juice is smooth, start adding the dill. Add a pinch at a time and pulse the liquid, so it is well mixed in. Taste it before you add more dill.
Kale is sometimes left on the store shelf because the idea of eating it is somewhat …. like eating grass. But the health benefits shouldn’t be ignored.
It is full of antioxidants, and it might play a part in reducing cholesterol. It has a lot of Vitamin C and a massive amount of vitamin K.
Kale has a very earthy taste. The cucumber and apple counteract the relatively strong flavor with a bitter-sweetness. This juice is packed with nutrition, and glass will energize you!
This will produce 2-3 large glasses of juice. If you want to make more, you can double the ingredients and mix them all correctly.
