Carrot and Orange Juice – Instructions

Carrot and Orange Juice

None of these flavors are particularly strong or overpowering. However, when blended, you will get an excellent taste of sweet and acidic.

When using the herbs, you can add both or just one of them.

If you want to try other flavors, parsley, rosemary, or dill will add another layer of flavor to your juice.

If you don’t want to peel the fruit and vegetables, don’t worry (except the orange), but wash them first. Depending on your blender/ juicer, you may or may not have to cut the food first.

Start by blending the carrots, then add the oranges, tomato, and apple. Blend them well and taste. Next, add your herbs, depending on your taste buds. If you aren’t getting enough of the citrus kick, try adding a tablespoon of lemon juice.
