There is caffeine but less than coffee so that you won’t get the jitters, but it will help you stay awake. Some studies have shown that it can prevent various cancers and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s.

Green tea can have several different tastes, depending on the blend. Some taste nutty or floral. Others may taste sweet or bittersweet.

Green tea is often paired with citrus fruits because they are full of antioxidants.

Pomegranate has a sour taste. This will vary depending on its ripeness. A little bit of pomegranate will take away some of that sharp citrus flavor.

It has a wide range of health benefits from preventing cancer and Alzheimer’s. It helps digestion and reduces inflammation. It’s another fruit packed with antioxidants.

We are going to assume an average kettle has a 1.5lt capacity. A whole kettle will make 6 cups of green tea.

(Follow the English tea rule of one teabag per person and one for “the pot”). Leave the tea bags in hot water while the tea cools. Peel half a lemon, half a lime.

Add all of the ingredients to the blender.

This recipe will make the right amount of juice and is so delicious you might want to put it in a 2-liter jug with lots of ice. Take the remaining half of the lemon and lemon and slice it.

Add it to the jug with a few fresh mint leaves. This juice is a delicious drink to refresh yourself in warm weather.
